We strive to bridge the gap between technology and pedagogy, ensuring that AI tools are used to enhance, not replace, the human element of teaching.
We will design and develop MOOC for professional development to enhance English language teachers' AI literacy and pedagogical skills. This MOOC will increase awareness about equitable and effective use of AI among teachers and policy makers.
MOOC is under development →Access a curated collection of AI tools, lesson plans, and prompts designed for ELT. Teachers will experience AI-assisted assessment, discussions, and interactive tutoring to create richer and more authentic learning experiences.
Tools are under development →This needs assessment provides grounded insights into ELT professionals' knowledge, attitudes, and training needs regarding AI. It guides the project's design to address concerns like bias and equity while leveraging AI for personalized learning.
